Order Processing Systems

• Our order processing way is very simple; we accept orders via phone, e-mail, fax and through our website whichever suitable for our customers.We’d request to our customers a minimum order of ten pieces each models, But we will take orders if we have the requested pieces in stock and if customer wants samples.Once we receive your order, we will send a Performa invoice with description to confirm the proceed only after your final confirmation of the Performa invoice, we go ahead.
• Production time is generally four to six Weeks (30 to 45 days) from confirmation of orders date if the order quantity is huge else it takes atost 2 weeks.We ship almost all over the world. We do our self all the documents in and papers in our side e.g. packing, handing customs clearance and forwarding. We sure each shipment customers have to pay only the net courier freight and whatever in your country cost. Normally, we go through UPS, FEDEX, DHL AND TNT door to door service. It takes estimate 4-6 days to reach in your country from Nepal.The freight based on the gross weight of packing and method of shipping.

Payment method

As per our rules and regulation of the Nepal Government, payment of orders should come before shipping. Nobody can ship the goods without ADVANCE PAYMENT CERTIFICATE. The bank can provide the advance payment certificate to us (where the company has account) after getting money from customers, where ever shipment has to go there. In this case we offer 50% payment according to our Performa invoice total order value before to send the goods to manufactory and total balance 50% need to make transfer before to shipment gone.
